FIONA ACKERMAN NAMED TO THE 2015 SOBEY ART AWARD LONGLIST

Huge congratulations are in order for Fiona Ackerman, who has been nominated for the 2015 Sobey Award Longlist. The Sobey Award, Canada's most prestigious art prize, is annually bestowed upon the most accomplished Canadian artists under 40. Ackerman vies for the accolade (and $100,000 in prize money) alongside fellow B.C. heavyweights Sonny Assu, Raymond Boisjoly, Tiziana La Melia, and Jeremy Shaw.
