Winsor Gallery is pleased to present Concurrent. The show runs from April 3 – May 3. An opening will be held on the evening of April 3 from 6-8pm; several of the artists will be in attendance.

Through its experimental approach, Concurrent acts as a wild card, reimagining the exhibition space as a game of chance. Winsor Gallery invited several of its artists to participate in this exhibition; in turn, each gallery artist invited an additional artist to show a work concurrently with theirs.  Concurrent explores the intricacy of relationships between artists and their artwork, allowing each artist to give context to their own work in a very direct sense.

“The gallery has worked hard over the past year to nurture and develop the visibility of our neighbourhood (The Flats) as an art district.” says gallery owner Jennifer Winsor. “We see this as an opportunity to foster new conversations between our represented artists and the community at large.”
