PAUL WONG'S MIMMIC KICKSTARTER

Vancouver's most prolific new media artist, Paul Wong, has launched a Kickstarter campaign for his latest endeavour, the MIMMiC project. The "Mobile Interactive Modular Multiscreen iPad Canvas" is a framework by which an artist can create and exhibit work interactively on a matrix of iPads, allowing for endless possibilities in two- and three-dimensional settings. Utterly futuristic, it is a groundbreaking new technology that will allow for artists to create work using consumer devices in ways never fathomed before.

Pledges can expect rewards from a passcode to access never-before-seen works by Paul Wong on Vimeo to custom, original work by Mr. Wong himself. All pledges above $25 will recieve a VIP invite to the MIMMiC opening reception at On Main Gallery.
