While we are at Art Toronto, we will for sure be checking out Splice: At the Intersection of Art and Medicine at the University of Toronto Art Centre.

Curated by Nina Czegledy, and co-presented by Blackwood Gallery and the University of Toronto Art Centre, the exhibition will investigate the relationship between art and science by presenting 20th century anatomical art in conjunction with contemporary art works that deal with the body. Artists that will be featured are Jack Burman, Catherine Richards, Joyce Cutler Shaw, AElab, and our own Dana Claxton.

The exhibition opens tonight (October 23rd), and runs until December. If you happen to be in town, be sure to check it out.
